Virgil C. and Lavina Martin sue Jones County Home and the county board for 27000 plus 40000 in damages from an May 24 1974 accident when their car struck a 1000 lb Black Angus cow owned by the home. Volunteers offer free help with 1975 76 tax and rent rebates on June 10 and 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Community building council room. Eligible are 65 plus or totally disabled with 1975 income under 8000. Bring 1975 receipts and income. Final filing date July 31. Joint effort by Jones county board of supervisors and assessor.
