Multiple real estate transfers and sheriff deeds across Jones and Cedar counties Iowa. Transactions include lot and tract descriptions in Monticello Anamosa Onslow Cedar Rapids areas with prices largely $1.00 and various mortgage subs, totaling parcels sold to numerous buyers including banks and individuals.
A March 3 1934 recording details numerous deed filings in Jones county Iowa. Transfers involve Erma and Francis Soper Gerd Behnken Mary Noonan and others with parcels in Anamosa Oxford Junction Onslaw and surrounding townships. Also noted are tax sale deeds corrections and road easement details with several 1.00 or $75 fees and acreage amounts including 368 3 250 and 155 acres.
