Controversy Marks Midland Board Meeting in Wyoming
About 250 residents packed the Midland Community school board session as divisions appeared on most issues. Chair Richard Brownell with Jack Stingley and John Allen opposed A G Rexstad and Mrs Lyman Lanpher on several votes while other actions drew unanimous support, including bus service to the Athletic banquet and teacher load guidelines. Salaries for two non degree teachers rose to 8570 for 1971 72 along with in depth superintendent reports and upcoming executive session. next meeting set for April 12.
