Floods and deaths mark Wyoming Saturday scene
Heavy rain caused a quarter mile washout on Milwaukee railroad tracks and flooded streets as Little Bear creek rose twelve feet. A Milwaukee bound train returned to Monticello. Elizabeth Tompkins Paul, 81, died after a long illness. Community events include confirmations, visits, and a large picnic as residents adapt to flood and celebrate local life.
