Mr. and Mrs. Junior Wilson and Kenneth attended a dinner Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Himebaugh for the 57th anniversary of Mrs. Wilsons parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rink, Sr. Wilhelmina Dirks and Henry Rink were married Aug. 26, 1899 in Hamburg Germany. They are the parents of several children including Mrs. Carl Himebaugh and Mrs. Wesley Wilson. There are 32 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Rink couple ages are 79 and 81. Out of town attendees for Buck Creek fair included many relatives from Muscatine to Independence.
Mr and Mrs Phil Himebaugh hosted a dinner Sunday to celebrate the birthday of Mrs C C Bacon grandmother. Guests included Vera Bacon Iowa City Howard Haigh Hartsell Junior Manchester Gene Thompson Arden Sam Bacon Marsha Larry Sammy Lee Al Melchert David Herman Dolley and Barney Bacon Janaan Roscoe Wilson attended a Memorial park picnic dinner later that day hosted by the Friendship club.
