Speed Kills Take It Easy Warns Iowa Patrol

Monticello Adds Fire Engines and Modernizes Fleet

The Monticello fire department now operates three engines with updated equipment. A prior 1923 council action planned funding for a $1322 fire truck from the General Fund. The city rebuilt street markers and re painted them using the engines on duty today.
