Last Thursday evening a sedan carrying B. Surface of Crawfordsville and C. H. Ault of Rockville was hit by a westbound C I and W train near Leatherwood crossing. Creamery of Frankfort and left Montezuma shortly before the crash. The accident prompted coroner inquest and potential lawsuits for damages against the railroad. Burial preparations followed in Rockville and Crawfordsville.
