Man charged with fourth DWI after rollover crash
Madison man Mark A. Zakula, 60, with three prior DWI convictions, was arrested after a rollover on Wisconsin 78 in Blanchard Township. He was treated at Monroe Clinic and jailed on the fourth offense. Rescue crews assisted at the scene. Previous DWI conviction occurred in 2006 in Dane County with related penalties.
