Surveillance shows a large black car entering the Venice Beach boardwalk area outside a hotel. The driver accelerated through the crowd, killing a Italian honeymooning woman and injuring 11 others before fleeing a quarter mile along the boardwalk. Nathan Louis Campbell, 38, of Los Angeles, is jailed on $1 million bail after turning himself in. Police say no motive or terrorism links are evident.
