Four men including Ray Henry a government island worker and his brother Charles along with Clyde McBee and James Dunn confessed to police to killing three year old Garlan Bailey on Grandview Island during a drinking party. Kidnapped Girl Found Drowned Near Home in Waynesburg
A four month old child reportedly kidnapped from her crib last night was found drowned in a milk storage house near the home in Waynesburg Pennsylvania. The father Paul Lewis said he found the crib empty and alerted neighbors before police arrived. His purse containing $40 was later found missing.
