Rayville La Oct. 3 The jury of freeholders appointed to lay out a road along the W S and P railroad has established the route. It begins at the traffic bridge over Crew Lake and runs westward along the north side of the railroad right of way through Richland and Ouachita parishes, about 110 feet wide, to be known as the Monroe Rayville highway.
