Faison suit ends with court judgment in Monroe incident

In district court here on Thursday, the judge rejected the plaintiffs claims by Travis L. Faison and Nora Lee Faison against Emmett Cochran and Cynthia Cochran for 3587.65, concluding the Nov 26 1931 collision at Fourth and Pine streets caused no recovery for the Faisons. The Faisons sought 3000 for Mrs Faison and 587.65 for car damages and medicals, arguing Mrs Cochran was speeding. Cochran denial and timing details were noted as the collision occurred around noon.
