Baby Hunt Set by Trenton Baptists Across Associations
Twenty one Baptist churches and one mission in the Trenton Baptist Association will run a giant baby hunt next week. Sponsored by the cradle roll department across the Southern Baptist Convention, it aims to enroll thousands of babies in home ministry. Under Mrs. Harold Butler, cradle roll superintendent, the hunt starts Sunday in some churches while others choose days this week to visit unchurched babies and parents. It’s estimated over 500 babies under three remain unenrolled west of the river.

Crippled Children Groups Plan Luncheon Meeting

The Twin Cities may get a museum as part of the local chapter of the Louisiana Genealogical and Historical Society. An initial meeting is set for 2 p m Saturday at Ouachita Parish Court House.
