Abducted Ohio child returned to his parents
Two year old Eugene Swearingen was found unharmed behind a rail fence near Warrenton, Steubenville. Police say three $500 ransom notes preceded the kidnapping and the boy’s parents refused payment. The village searched and the child suffered a facial bruise but will recover.

Blast damages three Ouachita avenue houses in explosion
