The Ouachita Abstract and Title Guarantee Co. of this city processed the property titles and the same were accepted by Mr. Fairbanks under the company’s certificate.
The Boy Scouts plan a reorganization Tuesday night at City Hall inviting all eligible boys to attend. The movement began in Monroe with Mr. Cowden forming a council from the Newsboy's Club to improve boys morally and physically.
