Taxpayers are urged to approve a 400000, 20 year school bond issue on March 28 to refinance 1919 general revenue bonds and complete the school building program. If approved, 1922 general fund remains 814 mills with 114 mills for school bonds and 414 for general improvement. If defeated, general fund stays 10 mills and total 1414 mills. The measure is presented as not increasing taxes but funding education.
