Billy Frank James 26 of Albany California shot his brother in law John Williams 25 in Columbia then turned his gun on himself. James was treated at Monroe charity hospital with through chest and stomach wounds and a removed kidney. Williams suffered arm and stomach wounds. Both men were taken to Monroe on an ambulance. Sheriff said. President Eisenhower seeks to slow federal spending to curb rising living costs amid cough cold and hearing issues.
