A torpedo plane missing after a thunder storm near Monroe remains unfound after days of searches by planes from Barksdale Lake Charles and Selman Field and by state police. Investigators think the craft may have landed in a lake or river within 50 to 75 miles of Monroe. The two crewmen disappeared on a routine flight from Jackson Mississippi to Shreveport. Also noted is that about 18 percent of WAC members are married.
