Baton Rouge June 13 The senate passed 36 to 0 a bill for an additional assistant district attorney in the 24th judicial district covering Jefferson St Charles and St John parishes. Two reconsidered bills include a parish tax hike proposal and a $40 million bond for a Mississippi River toll bridge or tunnel.
