Oswalds Widow Recalled By Warren Commission
Marina Oswald the Soviet born widow of Lee Harvey Oswald testified again as the Warren commission nears its end. The panel offered no explanation for recalling her, likely to probe details from prior hearings about Oswald and the Dallas murder of Kennedy on November 22. She said she wanted to help the inquiry. Earlier, Secretary of State Dean Rusk was questioned on the State Department’s handling of Oswald who lived in the Soviet Union and sought citizenship before returning to the United States.
