Milton W. Ford 37 Monroe businessman today announced his candidacy for one of two Ward 10 seats on the Ouachita Parish School Board in the July 25 Democratic primary. A longtime Monroe resident and civic leader, Ford cites educators and facilities as priorities while pledging independent, open-minded service to the district.
