Du Pont Company Faces Court Action In Delaware
Ilmington June 6 Pierre Pont president of the Du Pont der Company and other officials will answer to a US district court suit brought by minority stockholders claiming they were defrauded of about one hundred thousand dollars in the recent reorganization and consolidation. Neely Co. and other parties contest the charges while a separate suit in Trenton seeks to restore original stockholders. The dispute mirrors earlier charges against officers of the company.
