Revised Dumping Ordinance Drafted by Police Jury

Controversy between Oua chita Parish Police Jury and Monroe sisters Mrs. Louise Rhodes and Mrs. Flora Hoyt over the West Monroe garbage dump near Cheniere Lake could push a revised ordinance.
