John Sonny McGlone aged 24 Charles Harrigan 37 and Thomas Dugan 35 have pleaded innocent and remain in county jail since May 3. Other co defendants arrive from Dannemora Howard Strewl Frank Fischer Thomas Burke and Harold Crowley from Chenango county jail Perry Geary and George Carguillo from Massachusetts state prison. McGlone Harrigan and Dugan were moved from Alcatraz last month. Francis Leo Oley and Christopher Miller died in their cells. Edward J and Daniel P O’Connell linked to the July 7 1933 kidnapping of young O’Connell outside his Albany home.

Adrian Carrouche a 26 year old city employee was charged with assault and battery after a chance friendship at a wedding reception led to a sidewalk sparring incident. Einar Oxholm 44 said Carrouche struck him and he lost consciousness on the pavement. Oxholm reported missing 4 cash a $750 diamond ring and a watch and chain worth 75.
