New Orleans July 17 In the absence of specific orders from Gov Hall Attorney General Pleasant will on August 1 move that judgment be entered in the United States Circuit Court at Monroe in favor of the State and the Tensas Levee Board by default. The action rests on the belief Bernstein and Farrar for the Tensas Delta Land Company will challenge the legality of the compromise from the Rayville meeting with no word from the executive on the Tensas land scandal. Gov Hall has not signaled his action prior to this date.
