Reports from Mississippi Alabama Florida and Louisiana show damage in the millions with crops ruined and property loss. Seventeen killed in Beloit Alabama and eight injured as the tropical storm sweeps the region. Mobile and Pensacola report shipping damage and large losses but limited casualty details.
