Washington dispatch reports the mother of 20 year old Robert Smith of Middleburg Pennsylvania, the first quadruple amputee of the Korean War, will visit him at Walter Reed Hospital after his arrival by plane. Smith, frostbitten in northern Korea near Chosin reservoir on November 27, lost both legs below the knees and both hands. An 18 year old Hamburg Arkansas youth, Billy Earl Norrell, was killed when his pickup hit a southbound A L M freight train eight miles north of Bastrop. Two others, Ralph Stanley and Billy Hisan, about 20, were critically injured and rushed to Bastrop hospital. Sheriff Harp said the driver was not yet identified.
