24 Killed In State Traffic Accidents Near Baton Rouge

Holiday Road Deaths Below Pace In 1965

The final Christmas holiday traffic count shows deaths at 450 by noon, 20 percent below last year’s tally of 720. The National Safety Council cautions a possible drop but notes last year’s toll was unusually high. Death Toll Rises In Air Disaster Near Da Nang
