Louis Fox Suit Against Monroe Upheld by City
The Second Circuit Court of Appeals of Louisiana ruled the city of Monroe did not owe Louis Fox any payment in a suit over $1,744.50 in fees for vital statistics recordings. British Vessel Jameson Runs Aground Off Florida Coast
The British freighter Jameson, built in 1924 and owned by Kaye Steam Navigation, ran aground between St Lucie Inlet and Jupiter Light.
