Ouachita National Bank opens grand new Monroe building

The Ouachita National Bank unveiled its ten story reinforced concrete headquarters with a public reception from 4 to 10 pm. Thousands toured the palatial structure in Monroe and West Monroe admiring illumination, cathedral ceilings, and Grecian style interiors while reports praised the builders’ faith in the city’s future and noted the reception included gifts for attendees and guided registry with keepsakes.

Tributes to T. E. Flournoy and colleagues at the Ouachita National Bank opened the new Monroe bank building with speakers praising their faith in the city’s future.
