Giant Balloon Parade Set For Tomorrow In Ouachita Parish
Thousands are expected to fill the city for a four o clock Giant Balloon Parade from DeSiard street to Sixth. Clowns balloon handlers urged. boys 14 plus can join and receive free Paramount Theater passes. Parade marshal Major H W McClary says 50 balloons will include prehistoric animals farm animals and caricatures with bands from Ouachita Parish Neville High and N J C.
