Dr C W Baker of Rossville Memphis suburb and Jim Foster a barber died after strychnine crystals were found in a whiskey bottle on a shelf in the doctor's rear room. The barber rushed in crying of illness then died. Baker followed hours later. Authorities opened an investigation.

They admitted taking it without owner William Helser’s permission. officers from Jones County are traveling to Mobile. The aircraft, near Wilmer Alabama on the Mississippi line, was downed yesterday after a fuel shortage. In a prior flight the group begged for gas and performed exhibition hops before crashing the plane into a tree wrecking propeller and wings.
