Charles Seel reported his clothing stolen and spotted a pair of his pants walking the Atlantic City boardwalk. Police arrested the suspect and recovered Seel’s trousers with pawn tickets bearing his name found in the pockets. Seel remarked on the audacity of the thief.
Grenada and Le Flore County officers say the August 12 shooting near Avalon may have been planned by an organized group. Two suspects, Tommy Jones and Andrew Hemphill, are jailed in Jackson. three witnesses held in Grenada. Ingram died at the scene. Simpson was fatally wounded as he fled.
