Washington Aug 11 The Senate finance committee today decided on a 10 percent net profit tax on the manufacture of war munitions.
Senator Stone denounced the publication of the Denmark West Indies treaty terms as a dishonorable act and said he would seek an investigation at the next executive session into how a printed copy reached Washington and New York newspapers. He warned that any senator revealing the treaty to the public violated trust and harmed public interest.
