Judge Schulze postponed ruling to 4 PM. Separate fines were imposed on Eugene Comfort thirty days or thirty dollars, Ben Campbell seven fifty, and Donnelly Glasgow ten for speeding.
A grounded wire and fuse failure darkened the city Saturday night at 8 30. The switchboard section burned out and repair by M M Robinson Allen Jones and Kenneth Stuart took about eighteen hours until 3 00 yesterday afternoon. Streetcar service remained running.
