Chicago Aug 3 Morris Eller city collector and self styled boss of the twentieth ward and his son Judge Emanuel Eller were among twenty named in a blanket conspiracy indictment by the special grand jury investigating violence and fraud in the April primaries. State Senator James B Leonardo Abe Klaas also named. The grand jury found wholesale frauds on primary day and urged law reform to extend grand jury terms to finish such inquiries.
