Groundbreaking ceremonies set for 11 a m Thursday for J I Case Co Racine Wisconsin a retail machinery business in the Southwest Industrial Park Monroe First in the park to locate the firm will occupy six 3 quarters acres with an 11 000 square foot building leased for 15 years by the park Construction includes concrete paving a chain linked fence and a machinery demonstration area The facility will stock up to three quarters of a million dollars in parts and equipment with 10 employees at opening space will include offices and a central air conditioned mezzanine rep move to Monroe to oversee operations Contractors include Green Steel Buildings Inc The project is negotiated by Wilbur Young J J Case Co property manager
