Donald A. Boetcher of Humbird was convicted by a Monroe County Court jury of battery connected to a National Farmers Organization withholding action. The 12 jurors deliberated 30 minutes before Judge James W. Rice who fined Boetcher $100 and costs. William Yahnke of Cataract said Boetcher caused bodily harm on August 24 and that attempts were made to overturn his truck at the Hering stockyards.
