Jurors Listed for October term of Green County Court

Thousands rally at Wisconsin Moratorium Day protests

A massive Wisconsin observance drew about 30 000 participants across campuses and communities in cold rain. At Eau Claire State University a parade of 3 000 marched to a federal building while Milwaukee’s War Memorial Center saw an equal crowd. Honey Sunday Drives Wisconsin Jaycees Fund Drive

Black Hawk High Considers School Addition Plan

A special meeting at Black Hawk High School in South Wayne reviewed a proposed $350,000 school addition with $40,000 for equipment and remodeling. Architect Anacker outlined plans for a larger music room kitchen library and new office complex along with seven added or consolidated rural and high school spaces.
