Fourth Kidnap Figure Nabbed in Major Case
FBI agents nabbed 31 year old Frank Marrone at a Los Angeles intersection in the kidnapping of Anthony Alessio the 41 year old Caliente race track executive abducted from his San Diego home last week. Marrone carried 78000 in ransom money from the 200000 payment.
