DETROIT AP A formal end to the nine week strike by the United Auto Workers against General Motors is expected today as 155 GM bargaining units vote on ratification. If approved by majorities of skilled and unskilled workers the contract raises average wages to 12 000 to 13 000 dollars in 1973 and goes into effect Monday. IUE reached a tentative agreement with GM and could clear roadblocks to resume production.
