Birth of Quintuplets Reported in Mozambique
In Hambane District Zavala Hospital Dr Julio Fernandes delivered four boys and a girl to Clara Matangua Monday. The five newborns are reported normal and with good survival chances. Mrs Matangua and Felizberto have two older sons. Later composer Albert May Malotte, 69, died at home after a long illness.

Emilie Karlen 87 longtime Monroe resident and former owner of Karlen's Bakery died unexpectedly at 10 30 am in the sheriff's living quarters of the county jail.
