Wisconsin corn producers in 33 commercial counties including Green will vote November 25 on two programs with acreage allotments and price supports. Program 1 ends 1959 allotments and sets 1959 price around 1.12 to 1.15 per bushel with 65 to 90 percent parity. Program 2 follows AAA 1938 with 75 to 90 percent parity and smaller allotments. Elaine E. Fitzgerald will become Richland County district attorney Wisconsin's only woman prosecutor after a recount of the Nov 4 election. A 20 year old Racine County youth confessed to fatally stabbing Charles Felton 22 during an argument over dating his sister Joyce 18 a Waterford waitress. Felton known as the town bully had prior disorderly conduct arrests. Felton died outside the Waterford restaurant where Joyce worked.
