In Nassau County New York a 23 year old German refugee Paul Wirths who earlier denied being on the Woodward estate the night of the shotgun death now says he was breaking into the house. He recounts climbing to the roof and triggering a noise that drew gunfire. Police say no evidence contradicts Mrs Woodward claim that the shooting was accidental.

Get Even Threat Woman Held in Grudge Poisoning Case
A 21 year old Violet Louisiana resident Mary Moss Falcon was jailed on murder charges after two Baughman boys William 7 and Lawrence 6 died Oct 13 from phosphorus poisoning.
