Eisenhower Palmer to Play 18 Hole Benefit at Merion

Tickets cost 50 to 100 dollars for the Heart Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania. The piece recalls presidents golfing in private, McKinley’s 1897 debate over playing, Taft’s humor and speed, and Eisenhower’s famed low scores and impatience.
