Fire Damages Schlafli Home in Argyle
The two story farm home of Fred Schlafli and his mother Mrs Frieda Schlafli burned to the ground yesterday noon as area firemen battled flames and pumped water from Yellowstone Lake. A chimney spark is blamed for the blaze on the east side of Yellowstone Lake northwest of Argyle. Some kitchen furnishings were removed from the residence. Mrs Schlafli is the mother of Mrs Leo Gille Jr of Monroe.
