Five Funds Grant 10 Monroe Graduates Top Scholarships
Ten 1963 Monroe high school graduates were named winners of top scholar awards from the Board of Education Rotary Club and Lions Club. Five Guess Scholarship Foundation awards of 330 dollars each go to Mary Ann Blum Barbara Ann Boss Carol J Mitchell Dean North and Thomas Zuhlke with Zuhlke also receiving a UW Freshman Grant of 208 dollars. Rotary provides 300 dollars to Constance Ann Gable and Lions 200 dollars yearly for two years to Charles E Cox. Additional UW Freshman Grants go to Richard Beutel Michael Lamboley and E James Spring.

Shooting Couple Captured After High Speed Chase

Clayton Lussier 28 and Mary Belle 19 of Dallas were arrested after they fired at deputies with a .22 caliber auto near Cambridge and Dane County.
