Burial follows at Greenwood Cemetery. Bechtolt, known for hybrid corn seeds and melon crops, died of a heart attack yesterday at home. He farmed the Bechtolt Bros. acreage on Highway 11 between Monroe and Browntown with his brother J D Bechtolt for 44 years.
