Richard D. Heller aged 21 of Monroe was killed when a .44 magnum discharged at a rooming house. Police say the accidental shooting occurred as he handled the roommate’s pistol in front of two people at about 10 42 p m. Coroner ruled accidental death with no inquest. Funeral plans pending.
