Police Chief Wilbur Emery noted marijuana use around the University of Wisconsin is small but present. Federal official Henry Giordano testified that Wisconsin Harvard and the University of Colorado saw increases in campus marijuana smoking. Deputy director George Gassney suggested most use comes from students who travel abroad, with no strong traffic on campuses.

Madison Boy Fatally Hit by Unmarked Police Car

Fertilizer Plant Starts Operation at Kerr-McGee Unit
